Policies
Record Retention:
YourOnlineProfessor.net will retain the following records indefinitely but in no case less than five years from the end of the year in which the course was offered or purchased.
Live Courses:
Date and location of presentation.
Course outline and any other materials provided to participants.
List of course participants.
Instructors or discussion leaders.
Course evaluations.
Amount of recommended CPE credits.
Attendance sheets.
Interactive Courses:
All course materials including examinations and pretests. Course evaluations, summaries, including the results of interactive examinations and pretests.
All information identifying course purchasers including name, address, email address, telephone number, and results of examinations. The period for which the course was available for purchase including date of last update.
Refunds:
It is the policy of YourOnlineProfessor.net to satisfy participants and purchasers in a reasonable manner. Therefore, refunds to dissatisfied participants will be given in order to maintain good will. However, the reason for a participant's dissatisfaction and any resulting refund must be clearly indicated. Each refund request will be reviewed by a majority of the members of YourOnlineProfessor.net. A refund is always given if a course does not qualify for CPE credit in the state in which the purchaser seeks to apply it for credit.
Cancellation Policy:
All evaluations must be reviewed by Edward Perkins. Grievance complaints should be directed to Mr. Perkins at (610) 565-1708 ext. 2 or via email to yop@youronlineprofessor.net. It shall be the policy of YourOnlineProfessor.net to respond to every grievance complaint. Such response shall include when appropriate: reviewing the grievance complaint in conjunction with other participant evaluations and discussion of the grievance complaint with the course instructor or other employees.
